You don’t have to leave your roots behind to grow

Who I work with
I work with first-generation Latinx clients experiencing anxiety, the effects of trauma, and the weight of family and cultural expectations. You may feel constantly on alert, overwhelmed, or caught between what you want for yourself and what you’ve been taught to value, carry, or be. These experiences can affect how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, explore what you’re carrying, and better understand yourself and what you need.
